Chaka Khan

Chaka Khan is a famous American singer-songwriter. Her name is also her most well-known nickname, Queen of Funk. In her career, which has been spanning more than five decades, she's received a total of ten Grammys. Billboard Magazine has named her at the 65th spot as the best dancer in the world. She was introduced to jazz as an infant. She started her career playing with various bands. Later on, she became a member of a band called Rufus. When she was twenty She released her debut album, along in the band. In the year following, the group was awarded the first Grammy. Few years later, she recorded her first album as a sole artist. Then she released a number of albums in the past, including 'Echoes for an Era", 'The Women I Am', and "Funk This.". She is also known for her charitable work. She established her foundation, the Chaka Khan Foundation to help kids from families with low incomes, along with children with autism. Khan is also an actress occasionally. She played the role of Sister Carrie as the main character in the musical 'Mama, I Want to Sing'. Chaka Chaka Chaka
