Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast who was born on March 14, 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be one of the most outstanding athletes. Biles was a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was one of the few who won four gold medals in one Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles is also the first person to win three world championships in succession. Biles was born in Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They were raised in the metropolitan areas of Houston. Simone was first drawn to gymnastics while she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman brought her to Bannon's Gymnastix and they took them for an outing. Biles won the vault and floor exercises at the 2009 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an elite competition level in 2011. In just two short years, she was the best in her sport. Biles was notable because of her unstoppable performance exuberant attitude and the level of effort she introduced throughout each competition--vault bar, uneven bars the balance beam, and the ground exercises.
